Hi

We are a college with over 20, 000 learners and we have just began our journey with Moodle last session. We are currently using Mahara (eportfolio) within Moodle with various classes on pilot basis - we want to roll it out to the whole college 2010/11, but we are very aware of what legal duties we have for learners using the product. We have school age learners studying within the college so there is the social networking part of mahara to consider with them. Also, the mine field of learners being able to upload any image or file they want, and blogging whatever they want. Has anyone written a policy that covers them for a similar product that could advise us?
