JISC has invited the participation of UK Further and Higher Education communities in a debate on the role of libraries in an increasingly digital world. The “Libraries of the Future” campaign, launched at the recent JISC Conference, will focus on areas such as repositories, eBooks, digitisation, licensing, library management systems and resource discovery. A variety of communication methods will be used, including events (in person and online), Web 2.0 tools and podcasts.
