The Android platform features a range of accessibility features
As mobile phones are increasingly used as a means of delivering e-learning content, here at the RSC Scotland North and East, we’ve been evaluating the accessibility features of popular mobile phones such as the Android and iPhone. If you’re a fan of the Android platform then have a look at the excellent MASHe blog which explores the range of accessibility features currently available.
However, if you prefer the iPhone, the Access and Inclusion blog recently featured an article with accompanying videos on the magnification and high contrast features of the new 3GS iPhone.
If mobile technology and its use as an inclusive e-learning tool is something which interests you then you can join the Mobile Technology Group on the RSC Online Inclusive Forum.
