Qedoc is the name given to a suite of quiz software tools and repository of open educational resources in the form of media-rich quizzes.
The quizzes can be downloaded and then run through a locally-installed player, or run directly from the web. The site contains over 1,100 modules covering a wide range of subjects. Recent developments include optional email submission of results back to teachers and support for 11 languages.
One of the outstanding features of the Qedoc quiz software is the number of task types supported. There are just under 100 different kinds of question types, most of which have additional options to enable further customisation.
