A recent report from the Intellectual Property Office discusses issues relating to copyright in a digital world. The report considers the changing environment in which copyright functions, highlights emerging models for access to content (such as the BBC’s iPlayer and Spotify)  and outlines proposed government action as a result of the report’s findings.
