Have you been involved in a green technology initiative to help your college or university become more sustainable? For the second year running JISC is sponsoring the Green ICT Category at the Green Gown Awards, this time sharing sponsorship with the University and Colleges Information Systems Association (UCISA).

The award will showcase innovative ways that people in education are minimising energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste generation and other environmental impacts associated with ICT use, potentially including the development of hardware or software with environmental benefits.
